Terms of Service

1. Agreement
These Terms govern your organization's access to and use of Repros, operated by Otis Saint ("Repros," "we," "us"). By creating an account, installing the extension as an org member, or otherwise using Repros, you agree on behalf of yourself and your organization.
2. The service
A Chrome extension and web dashboard for structured manual QA test sessions against your own web application(s), automatically capturing console output, failed network requests, and screenshots, tied to a feature and build you define.
3. Accounts and organizations
Accurate information is required; access is controlled by your organization's assigned permissions. You're responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for activity on your account.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Test or capture data from applications you're not authorized to test
- Access another organization's data
- Use the extension as general-purpose covert surveillance outside the test-session workflow
- Interfere with or attempt to bypass the service's rate limits, authentication, or storage quotas
5. Your data and content
You retain ownership of session data, screenshots, and notes ("Customer Data"). You grant us the right to store, process, and display it back to your authorized members solely to provide the service (see our Privacy Policy). You're responsible for ensuring your organization has the right to capture this data, including that your own testers understand their console and network activity and screenshots are recorded as part of the testing workflow.
6. Billing
Paid plans are billed in advance, recurring, via Stripe. You authorize recurring charges. Failed payment may suspend paid-plan access per the Privacy Policy's retention terms. Cancel anytime — effective at the end of your current billing period unless stated otherwise at checkout.
7. Free trial
Per the pricing shown at signup. Trial terms for new signups may change but won't retroactively shorten a trial already in progress.
8. Termination
You may cancel anytime. We may suspend or terminate your access for a violation of Section 4 or a reasonably believed security risk. Data retention on termination follows the Privacy Policy's 30-day grace period.
9. The extension
Free to install. It only activates on domains your organization has configured as a test target, and only during an actively started session — not continuously.
10. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is," with no guarantee of catching every bug or error. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability is capped at the amount you paid in the preceding 12 months.
11. Changes to the service and these Terms
Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance. Material changes are communicated to organization administrators directly.
12. Customer testing sessions (separate, still being finalized)
The feature letting your organization send a one-off testing-session link to your own end customer is not yet covered by these Terms — it will be governed by its own terms once the underlying legal, consent, and data-handling questions are finalized.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
